This time, I’ll be featuring some cosplays of Hong Meiling. Some of the features here are of the designs of Meiling in her One Night Stand (aka Advent Cirno) and Koumajou Densetsu: Scarlet Symphony outfit.

Initially, I was led to believe it was just a fan artwork of the Gensokyo girls drawn in seemingly in the same shading to that of the graphic novel, 300. It turns out there was a manga for it. Below is the outcome of Licheus‘s digital coloring of one of the two-page sequence from the manga.

Lastly, I will provide slight fanservice with droolsome miko abs (reenacting a battle scene of Leonidas ramming his shield against a helpless Persian).

Cirno’s Perfect Math Class
Posted: June 14, 2011 Filed under: Fanboy | Tags: cirno, perfect math class, touhou Leave a comment »I’m relatively new to the Touhou fanbase and lately I’ve just learned of one of the most notable internet memes from an ice fairy-ish tribulation: Cirno’s Perfect Math Class. Coincidentally, thanks to the initial popularity of the meme from Nico Nico Douga, it eventually made its way to YouTube.
Fans enjoyed their jokes on Cirno being a moron amongst Gensokyo locals and non-Gensokyo characters, hence the “Baka baka! Baka baka! Baka baka!”
Nico Nico Douga Singer, Gero even made his own rendition of the song, which when heard by anyone, would know it’ll definitely hurt Cirno’s feelings.
I’m addicted to Touhou for the past few weeks. And I’m yet to learn more memes/inside jokes about the characters.
